A quick update on two great projects I’ve worked on

2010 has been a really busy & important year for me so far. I’ve been involved in so many new & exciting projects this year, two of which are just about to be released so I thought I’d give a little update on them.

GET LAMP: a documentary about adventures in text

This amazing documentary by Jason Scott is just about ready to be released on DVD, & when I say DVD I’m not talking about a single disc DVD in a standard case, I’m talking double disc DVD containing loads of extras all packaged in the coolest digipak I’ve ever seen. And on top of that, you also get your very own custom-made GET LAMP coin.

The documentary features music written by myself & my band Flesh-Resonance. Believe me when I say this is a quality release; if you’ve had the slightest interest in any form of computer adventure games over the last 30 years then this DVD needs to be in your collection.

Morning Funeral

Written & directed by the Detisch brothers (Nick & AJ), this movie tells the story of Scott, a post-suicidal young man who takes a job selling caskets. Totally self-financed & shot in Erie, PA, Morning Funeral is a true triumph in filmmaking and story telling.

The film stars Paul Schermerhorn, Louise Wiest, Don Kirsch, Cairon Overton, Jeff Schroeder, Michael Weiss, Kirsten McCain and Chase Mitchell Klingensmith. The full soundtrack was written by myself which will be released on CD later in the year.

The world premier is happening on 21st August 2010, venue details to follow. Visit the official Facebook page for up-to-the-minute details!/group.php?gid=152422653367&ref=ts.

Please support the above projects, not just because of my music, but because these people are true independent artists who have had the vision and perseverance to create these amazing movies – THEY REALLY DO DESERVE YOUR SUPPORT !!
